An accident occurred Tuesday, February 10th on I-70 in Washington County, Pennsylvania which led to the death of one man.

The crash occurred at night between two vehicles, one a tractor trailer and the other a car.  The driver of the car was the individual who was killed in the wreck.

The early investigation is leading the authorities to believe that the car was using an on-ramp and failed to yield. The failure to yield led to the crash between the car and the tractor trailer.  The driver of the car was not wearing a seatbelt during the accident,  which likely led to the accident being fatal.  The driver of the tractor trailer was not injured.

In Sunbury, Pennsylvania a 20 year-old passenger was killed in a car accident after colliding with another vehicle.  The accident occurred after the 21 year-old driver crossed several lanes on a high way and struck an SUV.

The accident is being blamed on the use of Dust Remover by the driver of the car.  Dust remover is often inhaled because it can offer a quick high for the user.  However,  inhaling dusters is a seriously dangerous activity and many times is fatal for the user.

A police officer found a dust remover can in the cabin of the car, and several others in the truck while investigating the scene of the accident.  The driver is being charged with vehicular homicide and other charges.
