Married Couple Sues Grocery Store Over Slip-and-Fall Accident

A married couple is suing a local grocery store after the wife injured herself when she fell in the store while shopping. Pauline Manley claims that she fell on a slippery substance which was not visible or marked by warning signs. Manley claims that she spent $13,000 of medical expenses when she hurt her left arm, left knew and her face as a result of the fall. Lewis Manley, Pauline Manley husband, is claiming he suffered loss of consortium and loss of wifely services from his wife.
